How to stop bra stuffing over the summer?

My friend recently confided in me that she stuffs her bra, and now that summer's coming, she REALLY wants to stop. We're going into high school in September and she doesn't want to have to keep doing what she's doing now. Normally, she's about and A but she stuffs to about a B. Obviously, she can't stop altogether or people will notice something, so how can she gradually stop without drawing attention? Are there any foods or exercises that will help enhance her breast size? She's desperate for help, she really wants to stop.

1. just stop stuffing, people will notice if her boobs are smaller even if she slowly stopped stuffing. I knew a girl and she stuffed and she tried to slowly stop stuffing, but it just made people notice more. GOOD LUCK!!!!
2. Wow, how did she successfully do that without it being obvious. I guess she should just eat healthy and just stop stuffing, it's her own fault she did that.
3. I knwo that pushups can help make a bust appear bigger, but without gaining weight by not sweating...you can't. Just make her very gradually cut down, then when people ask, she can say that she's losing weight

With it being summer time, and the fact that no one but close friends see her on a daily basis, she most likely will be able to return to school as her normal self and no one would notice the difference. As for enhancing her breast size, she should not worry about it. Instead concentrate on features that are beautiful to her and enhance those. If someone doesn't like her because she small chested, then she doesn't need them in her life anyhow.

8. The only way to make your boobs grow without them growing on their own is to just gain weight. Boobs are nothing but fat, so if he wants to gain wait then go for it. But she needs to stop. Imagine if she was on the beach, how would she stuff her bra then?

10. Its all about the bra. I think that there is a bra at Victoria Secret, I think its called the miracle bra, it makes you a whole size bigger.
11. get a padded bra. they make them. and usually i hate girls who try and make their boobs look bigger. but under these circumstances i guess it owuld be alright. i think it was kind of stupid your friend to stuff. especialyl a WHOLE size up!??? wow. and no one noticed?!!
