  1. A few rounds on the heavybag, with v-sits or some other exercise between rounds. Hunt the bag as if it were a person, practice punching, elbows, parrying, blocking, kicking and moving. Not only will you hone your punching and moving skills, it's also a great workout. I have seen "martial artist" types fail in both endurance and fluidity when practicing with this simple, time proven tool. Start with two minute rounds and go to three minute rounds.
