What kind of weightlifing exercises unite the body for functional strength?
want to do exercises that unite a lot of muscle together for functional strength for martial arts / wrestling. Not exercises that just isolate the muscles.

- Olympic lifting should be incorporated into your routine. I'm a track athlete, and for any sport that requires explosive power, Olympic lifts are essential. Do sets of hang-cleans, snatches, jerks, Powercleans etc. If you've never done them before, get a weights coach to show you how. They can be technically difficult and if done incorrectly will be counterproductive and possibly harmful to you.
- they only other thing i could add besdies oylpmic lifting is deadlifts, squat and bench., and military press.
