- I've been doing kickboxing and I love it! It's so much fun! Sorry I can't help you with the other part of the question i wouldn't want to steer you wrong.
- i think another variant of aikido would be fine, if you wanted to go that way. if not then judo and jujutsu are awesome.
- You could learn Kata from different style of karate, that could help you learn movement and it could serve you to warm yourself before your real exercises. Hope I answered your question.
- wushu or different types of shaolin gonfu forms, as they incorporate pretty much of everything that you will learn in most other martial arts. If you like AIKIDO, you should look into Baji Quan or eight diagram boxing
- Bodycombat ! - Martial arts based exercise that combines martial arts, kickboxing, karate moves to real cool music .. not to mention a great workout within 1 hr !
- If you want to work on ki go with Tai-Chi. A good art to go with Aikido is Karate. Aikido is very circular and passive. Karate is very linear and agressive. They are so opposite that they compliment each other very well.
