- I drink a pot of coffee to get motivation
- I am dating a guy in the Army and he is surrounded by women in awesome shape (on and off base) so I just make sure that I am something he always wants to come home to. It helps me get off my booty and go to the gym when all I want to do is watch a movie with some popcorn instead. Also, the more you workout the more you kind of crave it. It makes you feel great and when you don't workout you feel yuck! Good luck!!
- well i just imagine myself a lot more muscular and thinner when i diet and exercise. i keep on telling myself that if i wanna be that guy i have to diet and exercise no matter what. it also helps if ur doing it for someone ex. a girl u like or ur girlfriend. also take off ur shirt and run on the beach in a way that ur fat giggles and try to impress some ladies; most probably they will laugh at u and make fun of u. that in turn should anger u and motivate u to be tinner and more muscular lol
- Go to this blog and read from the beginning. It will help you. If you have any questions ask Coach A he can really help you get where you want to be. http://coachtu.wordpress.com/
- You could hang up pictures of yourself from when you were smaller. It may motivate you to exercise so you can get back to that size again.
- Lasting motivation comes from within. If you have a passion, and a plan and can visualize what you want your body to look like then you can draw immense energy from that. Without direction and ultimate goal you will lose focus and eventually give up. I try not to compare myself to others and set my sights much higher! I always think 'I don't want to be just average I want to be extraordinary and I have the will-power and knowledge to achieve just that! It's VERY empowering to know that you can push yourself harder than the average person. It's not just about looking good (which is the extra bonus!) but also about being healthy and vital and knowing that you are doing everything you can to take care of your body which will benefit you for MANY years to come!
- When you want to diet to loose weight it can be very difficult. Wow...it has been 17 yrs now since I decided to get the extra weight off. Ha. I had gained too much weight in 5 years.....I made myself absolutely accountable. I put a calendar on the fridge and made myself look at it everyday...to work on my goal. I had to record how long and how many miles I rode my bike, and how long I did exercises. If I slipped, it was there in front of me that I slipped....HAD to get back on schedule. Along with that, I made all our meals low fat. Guess what!! I lost the unwanted weight in 3 months....and, yes, darlin' I have kept it off for the last 17 years..hang in there and keep your mind on your goal.
- If you have a girlfriend - its a motivation :) If you don't have a girlfriend-its a motivation ; )
