Drawing Exercises

Is a tornado likely to have sucked up a dinosaur at any point?

At school, we all loved drawing pictures in the back of our exercise books of T Rex's and Plesiosaur' being ripped from the surface of prehistoric earth by an almighty twister and being spun around violently in mid-air until they were really rather giddy. Would this have been likely to have actually happened at any point in earths history? Seriously. I need to know.

  1. I don't doubt it. I read that a meteor hit and set off a kind of events such as fire, lightning, and yes, tornadoes. Always what I read was that a tsunami spawned by the meteor's direct impact on the sea wiped out dinosaur life all over the world
