Drawing Exercises

Vectors question need some help in drawing the diagram. Please help?

Please show me how to draw. The question is: An army sergeant major has organized a training exercise for his troops. The sergeant major remains at a base camp O whist the troops are dropped off at a point which is 3km due east of the base. The troops start to run in a north - easterly direction. After they have run for 6km one man falls and injures his leg. Please help me draw this diagram with instructions.
