What exercises can I do while sat down in school?
I'd like to lose a few calories, but I do way to much sitting down at school. So, is there anything I can do? I don't want to draw too much attention to myself though haha. Sorry, but what are kegals? I'm really dumb and need things explaining lol.

- u could basiclly on do leg workouts put ur feet on the ground and keep them ther and lift ud ur toes as far as u can and hold it ther for like 3 secoinds and keep doing that or keep ur feet on the ground and keep em ther again except lift ur heels as far as u can
- Kegals are not the 'exercise' you are looking for. Kegals are vaginal exercises. You could fidget...fidgeting all day burns over 500 calories. You could do isometric exercises..which contract your muscles in your body as you sit....hold for 5 seconds, then release. You could pretend to chew gum.
- typing on a computer and shuffling cards everything cuts calories even blinking youre eyes even tho you might not think so
