In professional drafting, may both sides of the drawing paper be used? ?

Can a draughtsperson use both sides of the a papar to draw on?

2. No, you don't see two sides on a blue print do you!
3. No, you cannot. But, no draftsman wastes his paper. If a drawing turns out bad you save the paper for drawing other ideas on. Just don't throw out the baby with the bathwater when you clean up.
