I want to mount a drawing done on paper to hardboard so I can paint over it. What adhesive do I use?
I'm using oils. I'll be painting over clear gesso so I can see the drawing.

- You can order foam backing that already has an adhesive on the backing, you just peal and place the picture on it---You can buy this from the madcutter on line. I think the address is madcutter.com
- There are many different kinds of SPRAY mounts and glues available at arts and crafts stores. Apply a thin layer and smooth it down slowly, starting at one corner and "rolling" it on as you smooth it with your hand. Be careful and you won't get air bubbles underneath. Anything you smear on to glue it may leave it lumpy.
