What do you call the compass-like tool you can use to trace image from an original picture to a drawing paper?

It's a three-part ruler that has a point on one end which is used to trace an image and a pencil holder on the other end to draw the image.   3. It is called a comps. you can get it any office supply store. If you need to copy an image from one page to another try tracing paper it can be found at any art supply store along with your compas. It is in the architect section.
