What exactly is a healthy diet?

I am 23 and all my life i have struggled with my weight however i have managed to stay normal and i am not overweight according to the doctor .. neway i have always been told that eat right and exercise and i have been doing that.. but i dont seem to lose anymore weight i am sorta stuck so i was just wondering if someone could sketch out a diet plan for a day that is considered healthy eating and i will follow that and exercise and see if i can lose a bit more ... thanks

Your lack of weight loss may be due to the fact that your body is used to the diet and exercise that you're doing now. You might need to change it up a bit because your metabolism does get used to one thing and then doesn't work as well. The new 5-4-3-2-1 diet works really well, but you must make sure that you eat highly nutritious foods--again for the sake of your metabolism.   3. Eating a healthy diet isn't about starving yourself, you have to eat more meals but smaller portioned. I suggest you eat 5 meals a day. eat protein with each meal, complex carbs, andhealthy fats
