What exercises can I do at work?
I work at the front desk of a hotel & I have to stand the whole time. Does anyone have any good exercises that I can do without drawing too much attention to my self?

- stretch and push against a wall.. it'll keep you from cramping and helps your muscles too..
- If you're at the front desk it's gonna be tough to exercise without people noticing. Maybe leg curls huh?
