Any good martial arts exercise for legs WITHOUT weights?
I would like some exercises that strengthens glutes, hamstrings and calves, WITHOUT weights. At the same time, I need the exercises to remove the excess fats from the legs.

- Do all your forms low and slow. And I mean VERY slow. If you are not exhausted by the second or third rep, then go lower and slower. This will train every aspect of your legs. If your forms are one sided (mostly right or left weighted) then perform the forms in reverse, on the opposite side.
- Leg condioning. Stand in a horse stance and have someone kick the outside and then the inside of your legs.
- do high kicks in slow motion as many times as you can and you'll be able to kick very fast.
